I’m looking for a role where I can own HRIS/payroll or account operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and use consultative demos and data accuracy to improve workflows, meet SLAs, and support long-term customer success.

I’m an initiative-driven professional supporting large-scale operations with a focus on resolving complex technical issues, protecting data accuracy, and keeping high-volume workflows moving. In my HRIS/payroll work, I maintained 99% accuracy in sensitive employee data, account validations, and system configurations.

I serve as a key point of contact for escalated inquiries, using strong consultative communication to align stakeholders and quickly drive resolutions. I organize and maintain a centralized knowledge repository to support onboarding, reduce escalations, and streamline team workflows.

I managed high-volume documentation reviews, account updates, and CRM records while consistently meeting SLAs, and I helped identify recurring client pain points during alignment calls.
