I coach educators and support autistic students through data-driven, evidence-based instruction.

Message

At Park Springs Elementary School, I coach educators across 24 autism spectrum disorder cluster classrooms and general education settings for PreK–5, using evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support 65 neurodiverse students.

Previously, I developed compliant IEPs, applied ABA-informed strategies and positive behavior supports, and tracked progress through iReady, Performance Matters, and Progress Learning at Pasadena Lakes Elementary School. I've also created differentiated instruction for neurodiverse learners ages 3–18, collaborated with therapists and families, and supported inclusion, remote learning, and educator development.
