I’m a Business Analyst and requirements & process specialist with a background in Business Administration. I translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation (BRD/FRS/URS) that reduces ambiguity and drives better decisions.

Across consulting and digital project environments, I lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and change-request management. I map AS-IS processes with BPMN and design TO-BE models to uncover inefficiencies and provide feasibility assessments that support prioritization.

I also bring analytics into the work—building structured decision frameworks and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets. In one project, I identified budget efficiency gaps in paid campaigns and recommended the top campaigns to scale using CTR/CPC and campaign status evidence.

My strength is connecting requirements to outcomes: I draft test scenarios aligned to functional requirements, manage traceability between requirements and tests, and coordinate resolution through Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery cycles. I enjoy partnering with product owners from requirements definition through release, with a practical focus on measurable business impact.
