At Berca Carrier Indonesia, I contribute to customer and project development by working with ME consultants, contractors, architects, owners, and installers. I also develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
I design and propose customized HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial applications, including cooling-load calculations, daily load profiles, operating-cost analyses, and system planning. I use Carrier HAP and CAD tools to support proposals for offices, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
I support projects from initial sales of split systems, VRF, and chiller units through planning, installation, and commissioning. I graduated from Institut Teknologi Kalimantan with a bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, and hold HubSpot Sales Hub Software and English-language certifications.
