I am a motivated, responsible bilingual (English/Spanish) high school graduate with strong communication skills and a quick ability to learn new systems. I completed my studies at a bilingual school and have developed discipline, organization, and adaptability.

In my recent role as a Volunteer Assistant at the Family History Center (FamilySearch), I assisted visitors in accessing and navigating digital records, provided one-on-one support — including for older adults — and performed data entry and document organization while following confidentiality procedures.

I am comfortable using computers, proficient with the Microsoft Office package, and certified in information and communication technology; I look for opportunities to contribute reliable customer service, careful attention to detail, and dependable operational support.
