What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can work hard, learn new systems fast, and support teams with accurate scheduling, paperwork, inventory, and customer service—so both my employer and I succeed.

I’m a high school graduate based in Florida, focused on becoming an even stronger support professional. I bring mild to moderate experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Payzer/Wex, and Microsoft Office, and I’m ready to learn new systems quickly.

In administrative work, I answer incoming client calls, place service orders, and schedule maintenance and installation appointments. I also process payment invoices, create and process permits, handle warranty paperwork, and coordinate communication between customers and technicians.

In logistics and operations roles, I help keep inventory logs fully up to date and accurate. I unload and organize incoming inventory, train new hires on logistical responsibilities, prepare items for online pick-up orders, and assist with display floor model setup.

Through retail and store leadership experience, I’ve supported daily sales-floor operations, trained employees and customers, and ensured accurate end-of-shift profit counts. At the end of the day, my goal is to work my absolute hardest, gain relevant work experience, and ensure success for both myself and my employers.
