What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a proactive role where I manage project schedules, reports, vendors, and compliance—partnering with teams and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly and drive continuous improvement.

I’m an experienced Virtual Assistant and Administration professional with over 20 years across project coordination, civil engineering/construction environments, property investment and development, and legal administration. I bring an ambitious, mature, results-driven mindset to every engagement, focused on steady execution and continuous improvement.

In my current role, I oversee project office operations, activities and budgets, and I ensure the project calendar is planned, monitored, and updated as priorities shift. I coordinate hiring, supervision, and coaching, manage relationships with vendors and partner organisations, resolve issues to keep work moving, and prepare clear project status reports.

Earlier, I supported senior leadership as an Executive Assistant, strengthening documentation management, contract administration, and administration team workflows. I handled meeting coordination and minutes, supported payroll preparation and management, and reviewed operating practices to implement improvements while supervising and training other administration staff.

I’ve also built strong HR and compliance capability through prior work as a Human Resources Officer, where I developed and maintained HR policies and ensured adherence to the regulatory framework. I managed employment relations and labour matters—maintaining confidentiality, supporting fair employment equity practices, and implementing labour legislation—alongside earlier experience as a personal assistant, legal secretary, and receptionist handling minutes, diary, and office operations.
