What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AI data operations or localization role where I can own annotation quality, strengthen LQA, and support multilingual AI training data. I value clear guidelines, fast feedback loops, and data-driven improvement in a start-up environment.

I bring over 10 years of experience in customer service and support, with proven strengths in account maintenance and proactive problem prevention through effective planning and implementation of systems. I’m also comfortable working in fast, start-up environments where hands-on execution matters.

In my current role in AI Data Operations and annotation project work, I label and annotate datasets for AI/ML training across text, images, audio, video, and maps. I tag intent, sentiment, entities, objects, and actions based on project guidelines, validate and review annotated data for accuracy and consistency, and localize content—adapting datasets and UI/AI responses into local languages with strong linguistic quality assurance (LQA) for grammar, tone, and cultural accuracy.
