I have 8 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, covering multiple platforms including Amazon, OTTO, and Temu, building businesses from scratch. I led a small team of 5 to achieve a peak monthly sales of $400,000 USD, and also independently managed a single store with monthly sales of $1 million USD.

During my cross-border e-commerce operations, I was responsible for data analysis, regular review, risk control, copywriting optimization, and advertising. The links I managed saw an average sales conversion rate increase of 3%-5%, and during stable advertising periods, ACOS reached 35% and TACOS reached 10%.

I excel at data analysis, self-motivation, and strategy iteration. I have strong self-learning abilities and can use tools like AI and Excel to make operations and decision-making more controllable and effective.
