What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine administrative coordination and graphic design to improve operations, support teams, and deliver effective, brand-consistent communications.

I've supported the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Graphic Designer since 2008, managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, and presentations.

I keep office operations organized through digital and physical filing systems, database updates, supply coordination, vendor collaboration, and accurate management reporting.

I also coordinate events, travel, and cross-department communication, while supporting research, data collection, and new administrative processes.

Alongside administration, I create visually compelling, brand-consistent design materials using Adobe Creative Suite, bringing strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication to every project.
