What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale measurable AI-assisted or marketplace products, owning discovery through delivery while improving customer outcomes and operational performance.

I built and operated Aleflet, a P2P real estate marketplace for flexible workspace rentals, scaling it to 1,200+ users and 137 spaces. I owned discovery, onboarding, roadmap, GTM, payments, partnerships, operations, and an 8-person team.

At Aleflet, I improved activation from 5% to 60%, retention from 5% to 20%, payment success from 70% to 95%, and release cadence from two to six releases per two-month cycle. I also built a 4,000+ lead pipeline, secured 12 partnerships, and tested broker and affiliate channels with major real estate networks.

As an AI Transformation & Product Strategy Consultant, I turn ambiguous processes into AI-assisted products using PRDs, workflow maps, acceptance criteria, validation, and human approval. For Kızılay Impact Investment, I helped replace external loan-application reviews with an AI recommendation layer that reduced turnaround from one week to under one minute.

I'm also building PAMAS, a project-aware meeting action system that turns transcripts into grounded action plans and orchestrates AI tools including Claude, Codex, and Gemini.
