What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop further in IT support, system administration, and SAP.

Through my IT Support / Homelab Projects self-training, I installed and configured Ubuntu and Windows virtual machines using VirtualBox.

I practiced troubleshooting Windows systems and configuring networking basics, including IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.

I also practiced ticket management with GLPI and osTicket and simulated real-world IT support scenarios.

At FernUniversität in Hagen, I completed modules in Java object-oriented programming, business information systems modeling, and information systems. I’m CompTIA A+ certified and motivated to develop further in IT support, system administration, and SAP.
