I've supported a UK-based e-commerce client at LTIMindtree, analyzing enterprise integration processes, operational systems, logs, performance metrics, and data flows to improve reliability and resolve issues.

I work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, workflows, KPIs, and operational needs. My experience bridges business analysis, system analysis, integration workflows, and enterprise applications.

I've built Power BI and SQL projects including a telecom customer churn dashboard using 7,043 customer records, an executive retail dashboard, and an RFM customer segmentation dashboard. These projects turn KPIs, customer behavior, sales, and profitability data into interactive reporting and recommendations.

Previously at NJC Labs Consulting & Services, I developed and supported integrations across enterprise applications and databases. I also completed a Business Analytics certificate at IISc Bangalore and built an academic machine-learning project for fake review prediction.
