What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build governed analytics, ELT pipelines, and decision-ready BI for operational teams, partnering closely with stakeholders to turn complex data into measurable business improvements.

At uEngage – Flash, I own fulfilment analytics across 50+ delivery zones, turning raw last-mile order data into governed metrics and analytical tables for operations teams. My root-cause framework identified demand-supply issues in underperforming corridors, improving fulfilment and contributing to Flash-vertical revenue growth.

I've built real-time Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards for leadership, covering fulfilment, rider efficiency, order acceptance, and SLA compliance. I also engineered a Google Apps Script ELT pipeline that reduced daily reporting effort by about 40%, and received the 2026 Performance Excellence Award for my fulfilment analytics impact.
