In 2025, I led 10 stylists to a $300 productivity rate, 70% appointment conversion, and approximately $130K in monthly sales.

Previously, I managed stores for Intimissimi and The Body Shop, building inclusive teams, coaching employees, resolving customer concerns, and strengthening customer loyalty.
