What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and deliver research-informed programmes and conversations for young audiences—combining psychology, consciousness, and mental health with accessible writing, facilitation, and public engagement at the intersection of science, culture, philosophy, and the arts.

I’m an interdisciplinary psychology researcher, educator, writer, and theatre practitioner working across research, mental health, education, public engagement, and industry (technology and pre-sales). My focus is on developing programmes for young audiences and fostering conversations at the intersection of science, culture, consciousness, mental health, philosophy, and the arts—always with an ability to make complex ideas readable, engaging, and human.

In my research, I’ve supported interdisciplinary work on self-perception, embodiment, and consciousness, and I’ve designed and executed a mixed-method dissertation exploring inner experiences, spirituality, and psychological well-being. I’ve conducted 20+ semi-structured interviews using ethical practices and thematic analysis, authored academic work on neural correlates of consciousness and altered states, and presented findings to academic and healthcare audiences.

Alongside research, I build learning experiences: I’ve designed and delivered psychology sessions for students aged 13–19, integrating psychology with philosophy and social issues, and I’ve supported neurodivergent learners and diverse cultural backgrounds. I also bring hands-on care and communication strength as a Mental Health Support Worker—providing person-centred support, conducting structured one-to-one emotional regulation work, de-escalating crises, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—while contributing to theatre facilitation, audience engagement, and public-facing writing.
