I provided one-on-one counseling sessions for clients, addressing a range of psychosocial issues. I tailored therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs, ensuring an empathetic and client-centered approach.

Serving as the lead psychologist and consultant, I curated and facilitated online and offline community events. I also oversaw community engagement initiatives, building a supportive network for clients and participants.

I conduct workshops focused on the World Health Organization’s 10 Essential Life Skills, including decision-making, empathy, and interpersonal skills. I also trained new trainers on delivering life skills programs, ensuring consistency and quality across sessions.

I created diverse forms of content, including static posts, carousels, reel scripts, and blogs, centered on mental health and wellness. I designed and executed content strategies to increase audience engagement across social media platforms.

I authored upwards of 50 articles on mental health topics, creating engaging and research-backed content tailored for diverse audiences. I focused on simplifying complex psychological concepts to make them accessible and relatable for readers.

I was trained as an 'Active Listener' for the company's in-house mental health app, We Hear You. I attended training sessions on LGBTQIA+ Mental Health, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Grief Counselling.

I facilitated and fostered collaboration with around 15 volunteers in carrying out learning experiences for children in grades 6 to 8 in a Rural Social Welfare School. I also aided in Curriculum Development which aimed at teaching soft and hard skills to the school children.

I conducted visits to OPD and IPD, where I observed, assessed, and reported case histories, and administered various psychological assessments. I also delivered presentations on neuroscientific topics for skill development purposes.

I worked as a mental health and psychology intern, curating content and aiding in projects centric on psychometric test construction. My primary work entailed transcription, editing, graphic designing, and writing articles on psychological awareness.

I guided a team of undergraduate and graduate students to facilitate a qualitative research paper titled, “The Lived Experiences of Cannabis Addiction”. I reviewed, analyzed, and synthesized over 100 papers to generate the research paper.

I offered one-on-one counseling sessions, wrote blogs, and curated and conducted relevant workshops. I also mentored the Social Media Management Team and oversaw the company's social media page and admin responsibilities.

I fostered the ethos of Under 25 at Mount Carmel College through the curation of diverse online and offline student experiences. I led a team of over 40 members across various sectors including ideation, content writing, and social media management.

I promoted the values of Child Rights and You (C.R.Y.) by organizing online and offline activities to advocate for the educational rights of children from underprivileged areas. I managed a team of 20+ members and successfully raised approximately 1 million INR during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I facilitated KAARMIC operations by managing a team of over 5 Campus Ambassadors. I oversaw recruitment in Mount Carmel College and various other Universities in Maharashtra, India.

I instructed an assigned student in English, Mathematics, and basic life skills. I monitored and assessed the student's behavioral progress throughout the year.

I resided with and instructed over 250 children of the Gondi Tribe in rural Andhra Pradesh, teaching life skills including English language, Mathematics, and Science. I facilitated the development of employable skills in children and community members.
