What I'm looking for

I'm seeking psychological research roles focused on sleep and consciousness, where I can contribute research design, psychometric assessment, statistical analysis, ethical data management, and manuscript preparation.

I'm completing an MSc Psychology at the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, where I investigate sleep, consciousness, cognitive processes, and mental health. My dissertation examines cognitive flexibility and mindfulness as predictors of dream lucidity.

I've designed research methodologies, recruited participants, selected psychometric instruments, managed ethical procedures, and conducted regression, mediation, reliability, and predictive analyses using R, jamovi, and SPSS. My work includes a journal-submission manuscript on sleep quality, cognitive distortions, and academic burnout, as well as co-leading development of a workplace microaggression scale.

During my clinical internship at SyNC Positive Psychiatry Foundation, I observed psychiatric sessions, supported case formulation learning, and developed skills in structured clinical interaction, active listening, motivational interviewing, and ethical practice. I also led multidisciplinary workflows at Greaserelease, strengthening my research coordination, documentation, and team-management skills.
