At Tata Memorial Centre, I lead cancer registry analytics, reporting, and multi-centre data coordination across satellite centres including Varanasi and Guwahati.
I work with clinical and registry data to produce institutional and national reports, validate data quality, harmonize ICD-11 semantics, and analyze cancer incidence trends using ARIMA, AAPC estimation, and Joinpoint regression.
I’ve built local LLM pipelines to extract structured variables from oncology notes using Llama 3.2, MedGemma, llama.cpp, and Hugging Face Transformers. I also create dashboards and analytical reports in Python, Power BI, and Excel for large patient cohorts.
I contribute to oncology epidemiology publications through methodology design, formal analysis, visualization, data curation, and manuscript drafting, while building machine learning tools for satellite decay prediction, forest plots, and intrusion detection.
