I've analyzed large-scale Population-Based Cancer Registry oncology datasets at ICMR–National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research in Bengaluru, estimating age-adjusted incidence rates and median-age measures across Indian and international cancer registries.

I classify oncology data using ICD-O-3 and ICD-10 standards, evaluate population ageing in cancer epidemiology, and prepare scientific reports and statistical summaries for cancer-surveillance findings.

In a cancer incidence and survival project spanning 1985–2019, I used SAS and R to develop Cox proportional hazards models that identified age and sex as significant prognostic factors, with approximately 32% lower mortality hazard among female patients.

I've also built a logistic regression model for NAFLD fibrosis risk prediction using a 605-patient clinical dataset, achieving an AUC of 0.916 and identifying BMI, AST, GGT, and insulin as major predictors.
