At Blue Jacket, I deliver employment-readiness training, build individualized career plans, and connect graduates with job opportunities through employer partnerships.

I provide job coaching, accommodation planning, case management, and ongoing client and employer support while maintaining accurate CRM documentation. I also build relationships with community organizations and service providers through outreach, advocacy, referrals, and workforce development initiatives.

Previously, I managed café operations at Tall Rabbit Cafe, overseeing vendors, inventory, Square POS administration, scheduling, payroll, hiring, employee relations, and marketing. My background also includes peer mentorship, student services support, restaurant openings, staff training, and high-volume customer service.
