Megan Robertson

I lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects at Mighty Group, LLC, overseeing project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across seven clients from inception through completion. I serve as the primary point of contact for executive and senior leadership, preparing decision-ready materials, facilitating governance forums, and keeping follow-through on track.

I’ve also delivered end-to-end project launches as a Senior Project Manager, partnering with senior leadership to define scope and building governance and reporting frameworks for healthcare, managed care, and bio-pharma clients. Earlier, I directed a $1M Google.org-funded international research initiative and managed NIH-funded clinical research under GCP guidelines, including IRB submissions and multi-site operational workflows.
