What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused IT support role where I can deliver first-contact help, troubleshoot confidently, and keep systems running smoothly—partnering with a team that values clear communication, fast resolution, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Help Desk Technician focused on fast, first-contact technical support—handling everything from walk-in and remote requests to phone-based troubleshooting. I support students, faculty, and staff with topics like printing, phone setup, licensed software, OS updates, wireless network setup, equipment check out/in, and password resets.

I work closely with IT staff to escalate complex issues and maintain consistent service quality across campus. My goal is always the same: reduce downtime, keep users moving, and communicate clearly through every support interaction.

Alongside IT support, I tutor English for Spanish speakers and design lessons tailored to each learner’s knowledge and skill level. I bring that same practical, people-first approach to my other roles—supporting residents and daily functioning through collaborative care plans as a Care Partner.

I also bring leadership and safety mindset from serving as a Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, overseeing pool operations while supervising lifeguards and instructing up to 16 students. At school and in campus organizations, I’ve taken on business leadership—managing financial operations, coordinating advertising, and tracking budgeting and expenses to support transparent results.
