At Gibbs Middle School, I manage relationships with over 100 students and families annually as their primary point of contact. I use performance data and feedback to identify challenges, develop action plans, and improve outcomes.

I also conduct onboarding and training sessions for students and families on educational platforms, procedures, and learning tools. I coordinate with administrators, support staff, and families to resolve concerns and support successful outcomes.

At Clinton City Schools, I built relationships with students, families, colleagues, and community partners. I used data to monitor performance and recommend improvements, and supported training initiatives for educational technology platforms and classroom programs.

Across my education career, I’ve supported relationships with hundreds of students and families and helped people navigate new processes, technologies, and learning experiences. I’m seeking a remote Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Specialist, Account Manager, or Client Success role.
