What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a nursing position on a team with high ethical and moral standards where I can provide compassionate patient care, case management, and coordinated care planning.

I've delivered home health, hospice, and advanced illness case management at Traditions Home Health, At Home Health in Henderson, and CHRISTUS Good Shepherd. I coordinate physician-directed care plans, admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, documentation, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care for patients and families.

Earlier, I served as a Med/Surg/ER Charge Nurse at Shelby Regional Medical Center, overseeing patient care across pediatric through geriatric populations. With more than 14 years in healthcare, I manage caseloads of 40–50 patients, delegate to LVNs and home health aides, and focus on ethical, compassionate, cost-effective care.
