What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading campus recruiting or early-talent strategy where I can scale university partnerships, mentor recruiters, and drive measurable hiring outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am a senior campus recruiter and experienced athletic trainer with a strong record of building university partnerships and delivering measurable early-career hiring outcomes. I lead campus recruiting for a rapidly growing South Division and oversee strategy across multiple states.

I supervise and mentor a team of campus recruiters, align recruiting strategy with operations leadership, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition to meet real-time requisition demands. My work has supported 100+ hires in 2025 and partnerships with 50+ universities nationwide.

Earlier in my career I worked as a certified and senior athletic trainer in outpatient orthopedics, public schools, and university athletics, bringing clinical insight to talent engagement and student internship programs. I helped coordinate clinical rotations for over 700 interns annually nationwide.

I hold a MS in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training and professional certifications including NSCA CSCS and BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. I focus on strategic, creative recruiting solutions, strong stakeholder communication, and scalable early-talent programs.
