At eBryIT, I lead technicians on enterprise IT deployment projects for clients including Google and Dell, assigning daily tasks and managing timelines to meet customer deadlines.

I oversee device imaging, BIOS updates, Chromebook enrollment, domain integration, and hardware upgrades. I also wrote and refined Standard Operating Procedures used to train new technicians and support quality assurance.

On freelance assignments for non-profit organizations and private clients, I set up and optimize PCs and small-office networks, and diagnose hardware and software faults.

At Kennesaw State University, I led the design and build of the FCAR Automation Web Application, connecting it to the existing reporting engine for real-time report generation. The project streamlined faculty workflow, reduced manual errors, and passed user acceptance testing.
