I’m looking for full-time remote opportunities where I can own customer onboarding, training, and go-live success—using clear documentation, strong stakeholder communication, and smooth cross-team coordination with global and Indian clients.

I’m a client-focused Customer Success and Implementation Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience helping organizations map real workflows to software solutions. I lead end-to-end implementations—requirements, configuration walkthroughs, UAT, training, and post go-live support—so teams can adopt confidently and succeed faster.

In my recent role, I led functional implementations for 10+ educational institutions, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and coordinating execution across teams. I supported SaaS platform implementations with 95%+ user adoption rates, while also training 100+ end users across multiple schools.
