What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT systems, network support, or cybersecurity role where I can troubleshoot real operational issues, strengthen reliable services, collaborate with technical teams, and continue growing through hands-on infrastructure and security work.

I've supported IT operations and network service delivery at AmberIT, configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, endpoints, CPE, and Layer 2/Layer 3 VPN services.

I monitor core devices, access links, service health, and customer connectivity using NMS, Zabbix, ABX systems, and remote diagnostic tools. My work includes activation checks, access-profile support, incident documentation, escalation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and field engineers.

During Japan's METI Government Internship Program at Estoma Inc., I supported web application management and troubleshooting across Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and Docker. I analyzed API routing, container behavior, application configuration, and user-reported issues, while also conducting VAPT and documenting remediation findings.

I've also performed network audits, endpoint checks, penetration testing, security assessments, and hardening reporting through cybersecurity internships. I bring a CSE background and practical experience across Windows/Linux, networking, security testing, databases, and technical support.
