I’m an IT operations and cyber security professional with 14+ years of hands-on experience securing enterprise infrastructure, network security, and server environments. I combine proactive monitoring with practical system administration—building reliable, hardened platforms for real business operations.
In large-scale retail IT operations, I managed IT support for 143+ outlets nationwide and implemented centralized monitoring for 2,800+ CCTV cameras. I also reduced IT procurement and operational expenditure by approximately 40%, while expanding and leading IT support teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
On the cyber security side, I focus on Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Assessment, and Incident Response. I’ve led VAPT and web application security testing, investigated attack vectors through log analysis and threat detection, and supported incident containment, eradication, and recovery activities with risk mitigation in mind.
