Soham Ahmed

I've worked as an Information Security Analyst Intern at ONE Bank PLC, applying my computer science foundation to information security, risk assessment, compliance, and safeguarding physical and digital assets.

I completed a BSc. in Computer Science at BRAC University and bring strong enthusiasm for database management, network security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing. My goal is to use technical knowledge to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

My hands-on toolkit includes Python, Java, SQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Wireshark, Snort, Nmap, Cisco Packet Tracer, NetWitness, Qualys, and Tenable Nessus. I've also built projects including a multi-user online job portal, machine learning models for heart disease and monthly income prediction, and an object- and edge-detecting robot car.

Beyond technical work, I've contributed to robotics, computer club, event management, and creative-design activities. I'm an IELTS Band 8.0 English speaker with Google Cybersecurity and Google IT Support Professional Certificates, plus TryHackMe learning paths in cybersecurity, web fundamentals, and SOC operations.
