I’m a detail oriented, quick learner with a strong hospitality background as a Server/Bartender and Trainer across high-volume environments. I’m proficient with communication, computers, writing, upselling, and customer service, and I bring an adaptable, team-first mindset to every shift.

At Rock N Dough Pizza and Brewery, I created “welcoming, personal experiences” for guests while operating with a small staff. I trained multiple employees to deliver top-knotched service, memorized the craft beers and various whiskeys, and delivered large catering orders—ensuring every item was accounted for and in quality condition.

At Longhorn Steakhouse, I managed a high-volume bar while also handling to-go duties and serving a full section of tables. I was recognized as a certified trainer after demonstrating in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the restaurant, and I served as a lead server responsible for closing duties and ensuring other staff completed responsibilities.

I also strengthened my leadership and reliability by reopening and training during the pandemic at Logan’s Roadhouse, and I served the entirety of the restaurant independently during scheduling errors and natural disasters while maintaining quality service and guest satisfaction. I’m proud of my menu knowledge (acknowledged by management and secret shopper feedback) and my academic success, earning a 3.93 GPA and graduating a semester early while studying Psychology and English.
