What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to expand clinical skills while contributing consistent, punctual support to behavior teams—using observation and objective data to help guide therapy adjustments and improve client outcomes in collaborative settings.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician with hands-on experience delivering behavior intervention and progress monitoring in clinical and educational settings. I support individualized treatment plans and record objective data to guide therapy adjustments.

I collaborate with supervisors and families to improve client outcomes, bringing consistency and a steady, punctual presence to behavior teams. I’m especially focused on using observation and data collection to inform day-to-day decisions and progress monitoring.

Before transitioning into this clinical work, I built a strong service and production background through customer service and line/production cook roles. I also earned an Associates Of Science in Culinary Arts, strengthening my patience, adaptability, and time management—skills I carry into every client-focused environment.
