I am a Commercial Excellence professional with over a decade of experience designing, optimizing, and implementing incentive compensation (IC) programs for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.

I align sales incentives with business goals through quota setting, sales crediting, MBOs and data-driven performance analytics, and I have led IC automation and workflow initiatives to improve payout accuracy and compliance.

I have managed teams, driven cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, HR and senior leadership, and supported business development through POCs, demos and RFPs to expand offerings.
