I’m a dynamic sales and marketing professional and entrepreneur with 15+ years across hospitality, insurance, and entrepreneurship. I specialize in B2B & B2C sales, corporate client acquisition, business development, and operations management—always focused on measurable revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

In 2017–present, I founded and manage two businesses: a restaurant (2021–present) and a car rental service (2017–2020). I built corporate client accounts, managed P&L, coordinated vendor relations, and ran customer service operations while maintaining health & safety compliance.

Before my entrepreneurial journey, I held Senior Sales & Marketing roles from 2009–2016, driving corporate and travel agent sales, group bookings, and events. I supported large portfolios across hotels, expanding market share and securing corporate and event partnerships while strengthening customer experience and retention.

I enjoy leading teams through recruitment, training, and performance-focused retention, and I’m especially effective at event-led revenue, from banquet sales to MICE growth. I bring an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a consistent drive to deliver strong outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
