I architect and build AI-native HR and payroll systems, including a multi-tenant HRMS used daily by 200+ employees across 6 companies. I built the payroll logic for India’s statutory rules (EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS) and automated payslip delivery, then delivered an AI assistant on the OpenAI API that lets employees apply for leave by chat or voice with confirmed dates.
I focus on performance and correctness—cut background job I/O by 93% and rewrote slow Go paths using parallel routines. I’m currently building a voice-based AI chatbot and AI recruiting, and I keep widening the systems toolbox with agentic tools like a keyboard-first accounting workflow and a stock signal engine that writes equity reports from news and Reddit.
