Ltd, I co-owned the rollout of an in-house Image Recognition AI model in HCCB's Azure ecosystem, working with the Head of IT on requirements, data validation, shadow testing, and phased deployment. The model reached 97% accuracy across 102 Coke SKUs and 30+ competition SKUs, enabling vendor exit and Rs. 1 Cr+ in annual cost savings.
I also drove end-to-end pilot execution of Smart Coolers, a CDO-sponsored IoT and Computer Vision initiative across 7 cities and 600+ cooler assets. I built the business case and partnered on dashboards that gave vendor and HCCB teams fridge-level insights.
At Amazon Development Center India, I managed Dangerous Goods by Air compliance operations across 8 global nodes. I improved output by 10% through a skills-based work allocation model and implemented AI-driven recommendations that reduced human error by 25%.
