I'm looking to lead AI-driven product operations and process transformation in regulated environments, translating complex compliance needs into scalable products while partnering closely with engineering and global stakeholders.

At Amazon, I led three AI-enabled Dangerous Goods products from ideation through adoption across six global teams and 15 marketplaces in Japan, Europe, and the Middle East.

I translated regulatory and user requirements into product features, partnering with US engineering, program managers, and global compliance teams. I owned roadmaps, backlog priorities, UAT design, SOPs, and stakeholder adoption.

I re-engineered manual work into an AI-driven process across four UAT phases, reducing headcount by 50% for 18% of the process. Through Kaizen mapping, I consolidated 10 fragmented tools, eliminated 20 pain points, and achieved 100% tool adoption.

I delivered 10 Lean, Kaizen, and Agile improvement projects, saving 30% of process time and reducing quality errors by 20%. I also reported KPIs, drove RCA and CAPA, and trained more than 100 associates, developing five SMEs.
