At KPMG India, I design logistics, infrastructure, and operational transformation strategies across industrial, manufacturing, government, and logistics clients. I recently designed end-to-end rail logistics architecture for a greenfield chlor-alkali complex, grounding the strategy in field diagnostics across rail sidings, yards, and loading facilities.
I build practical models that account for commercial, regulatory, and physical constraints. My work has included phased multi-wagon operating models, buy-versus-lease analysis for rail assets, INR 50–70 Cr revenue-synergy modelling for a major paints acquisition, and operational improvement roadmaps contributing to estimated 5–7% cost reduction for a food manufacturer.
Before consulting, I managed maintenance reliability, contractors, safety-critical workflows, SAP-enabled MRO inventory, and root-cause-led process improvement at Reliance Industries' petrochemical plant. Grounded in mechanical engineering and industrial operations, I enjoy tracing root inefficiencies and turning complex field realities into durable operating solutions.
