What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable learning experiences, compliance training, workforce development programs, and AI literacy initiatives that support performance and meaningful outcomes.

I've designed online learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate programs at Western Governors University, while managing course updates and LMS delivery. I also use AI-assisted content development and prompt engineering to support learning design.

As Co-Founder and Learning Architect at The Flowr Girl Grows Inc., I create learning experiences that connect art, agriculture, workforce development, and technology, including microlearning and AI literacy programs.

Across CSL Plasma, ZCS Learning Strategies, and MSC Industrial Direct, I've built eLearning, compliance, onboarding, leadership, and performance-support resources. My work includes needs analysis, SME collaboration, storyboarding, gamification, scenario-based learning, multimedia production, and LMS administration.
