I’m a Studio Manager with 15 years of experience in logistics, eCommerce, facilities, and office management—focused on the video games industry. I streamline operations, support product launches, and help cross-functional teams execute efficiently in demanding, fast-paced environments.

In my current role at Iron Galaxy Studios, I oversee day-to-day studio operations for 100+ staff, including facilities maintenance, internal events, partner visits, food and beverage inventory, and overall facility presentation. I work closely with IT and Administrative teams to reduce friction across departments and improve response times, while managing 10+ vendor relationships to maintain operational continuity.

Earlier, I helped implement shipping and inventory systems at Chicago Music Exchange, including Pacejet shipping automation and NetSuite inventory management, and I maintained 99% inventory accuracy through regular cycle-counts. I’ve also supported studio build-outs and major AAA title launches like Rumbleverse and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, coordinating operational and logistical execution end-to-end.
