At Universal Studios Hollywood, I lead logistics coordinator staff and union drivers and technicians in preparing, transporting, and staging assets on and off property. I oversee training, shared staging locations, and the care and tracking of department assets and equipment.
I schedule and procure rental equipment, track its use across projects, and provide financial and location reporting. I also develop spreadsheets to support financial and organizational improvements.
Previously, as a Production Coordinator at Universal Studios Hollywood, I developed automated budget spreadsheets to project lift and team-member costs, accounting for variables such as overtime rates. I also reported spending comparisons and identified alternatives to equipment orders when possible.
In that role, I scheduled crews, coordinated in-house and external teams, and maintained equipment inventories and daily records. I built team books and flyers, designed blueprints for asset storage, and helped develop standard operating procedures and onboard new coordinators and crews.
