I’m a Documentation & Knowledge Systems specialist with 15+ years of experience creating training materials, SOPs, and scalable content for global IT and operational teams. I turn complex processes into clear, structured documentation that supports onboarding, reduces errors, and helps teams work more independently—especially in remote and asynchronous environments.
In my recent role, I designed and implemented scalable training materials, SOPs, and knowledge resources to improve onboarding, knowledge retention, and day-to-day execution. I developed process documentation and quality guidelines to standardize workflows across multiple projects, and created training content and learning pathways covering technical and operational topics, including ITIL and continuous improvement practices.
