What I'm looking for

Looking for a remote technical support or application support role using SQL diagnostics, incident management, and troubleshooting in an SLA-driven environment. Also open to full-stack development roles using Python, Vue.js, C#, and SQL Server.

Through my independent practice, Raptoris.com, I deliver IT consulting and managed services for SMB clients, from systems administration to technical support.

I design, develop, and deploy web applications using Python, Flask, Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. I also develop and maintain CRM features with C# and SQL Server, coordinating testing and debugging with client development teams.

At Softtek, I provided Level 2 support for enterprise applications used by US-based clients. I investigated application performance, logic, and data issues, using SQL scripts and Jira to support incident resolution and documentation.

At Acuity Brands Lighting, I supported US-based customers with product and installation questions, including issues involving LED drivers and dimming circuits. I also administered Windows Server environments and Atlassian tools for clients through my consulting practice.
