What I'm looking for

I’m looking for 100% remote roles to own projects end-to-end—especially where there’s a complex problem, a system to design, or operational chaos to fix with strong ERP/CRM implementation and process architecture.

I’m an Operations & ERP Implementation Manager with 10+ years of experience implementing ERP/CRM systems, optimizing supply chains, and building operational processes from scratch across B2B tech, industrial, and distribution sectors in Argentina and Spain.

I led ERP rollouts in 4 different companies, owning projects from requirements gathering through go-live, and bringing order to chaotic operations by designing clear process architecture, SOPs, and integrations that teams can run reliably.

Most recently, I led an e-commerce platform end-to-end and then drove ERP migration and integration between systems, coordinating technical vendors and internal stakeholders while establishing operational processes for the digital channel.

Earlier in my career, I managed procurement and foreign trade using SAP for multinationals like Tetra Pak, deployed ERP and built a custom CRM for national sales operations at Thermomix, and even improved dependency and costs by developing an in-house manufacturing solution. I work best when there’s a complex problem to solve, a system to design, or a process that needs to stop being chaotic.
