What I'm looking for

I am seeking leadership or senior instructional roles in schools or faith-based education where I can lead curriculum, mentor staff, and strengthen school-community partnerships.

I am an experienced educator and educational leader with over 15 years serving in church and school settings, focused on middle school math, biblical studies, curriculum selection, and student development. I have led as a principal, assistant principal, dean of discipline, instructor, and student/outreach pastor, managing faculty, schedules, operations, and community programs while leveraging tools like Google Suite, IXL, LMS platforms, and Zoom.

My approach is detail-oriented, organized, and student-centered, emphasizing classroom management, staff mentoring, and strengthening school-community relationships. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and I design short- and long-term plans, assess needs in the community, and deliver effective instruction both in-person and through distance learning.
