I am a passionate scientific program analyst with a strong background in women's health research and a commitment to fostering diversity in the scientific workforce. My journey began with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University, where I focused on multimodal analysis of minoritized learners' science engagement. This foundation has propelled me into impactful roles, including my current position at GAP Solutions, where I collaborate with the NIH Office of Research for Women’s Health to promote a well-trained and diverse research workforce.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed various projects, including the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) program.
