I am a passionate scientific program analyst with a strong background in women's health research and a commitment to fostering diversity in the scientific workforce. My journey began with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University, where I focused on multimodal analysis of minoritized learners' science engagement. This foundation has propelled me into impactful roles, including my current position at GAP Solutions, where I collaborate with the NIH Office of Research for Women’s Health to promote a well-trained and diverse research workforce.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed various projects, including the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) program. My accomplishments include analyzing NIH workforce data, preparing presentations for significant conferences, and overseeing the planning of annual meetings.
