At Hope Survives, I designed and deployed quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools to assess community support groups for brain injury survivors.
I analyzed data from multiple sources to evaluate program efficacy and inform recommendations for organizational programming. I also translated research findings into briefings and action plans for stakeholders and community leadership.
At PPD part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, I execute sample preparation and quantitative analysis for pharmaceutical formulations in biological matrices. I review laboratory datasets against SOP criteria and regulatory specifications, using LIMS and SoftMax Pro GxP to interpret results and document compliance.
My background also includes acute care work at VCU Health and as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I hold a Master of Public Health from Liberty University, with a concentration in Global Health.
