I’m looking for a role where I can protect account integrity and ensure confidential, SLA-driven workflows—using investigation, IP/geolocation analysis, and strong documentation—while also supporting day-to-day operations and coordinated communication.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative and account integrity professional with over three years of experience supporting executive teams and keeping office operations running smoothly. I’m known for managing tasks efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and clear communication across stakeholders.

In my current role as an Account Integrity Specialist (REMOTE), I investigate and triage cases involving compromised accounts, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activity. I apply security runbooks, perform IP reputation and geolocation verification (including VPN and impossible travel indicators), and escalate high-confidence account takeover matters with detailed documentation—while managing case workflows in Salesforce within defined SLAs.
