Message

I manage residential and hospitality projects through my independent practice in Costa Rica, coordinating remotely with owners in North America and Europe from design through permits, procurement and construction. I prepare budgets, quantity take-offs and Gantt schedules, and provide weekly progress and cost reports.

As Project Manager & Chief On-Site Architect at a real estate development startup, I managed a 140-hectare mixed-use community development with a luxury condominium and boutique glamping resort built in parallel. I directed a 15-person in-house team and coordinated external architects, engineers and contractors.

Earlier, I designed two coastal linear parks as an Urban Design Consultant & Community Liaison and contributed to urban design work in Argentina and Brazil. I’m a CFIA-licensed architect based in Costa Rica, with fluent English, native Spanish and professional Portuguese.
